Bridge House is located in Hawaii on the mountainside on the Kona Coast of the west side of the Big Island of Hawaii. It is in a peaceful and quiet rural setting on seven acres, surrounded by agricultural lands.  It is about a 10-minute drive to the community of Kailua-Kona.

The facility consists of three simple buildings – a main building housing living and meeting rooms and a kitchen, a house with sleeping quarters for men and a house with sleeping quarters for women. There is a nursery on site where a variety a plant products can be grown. Bridge House can accommodate up to 15 resident adults, who typically range from 18 to 60 years in age

Bridge House is a private 501(c)3 corporation. Funding for its operation is provided by:

  • The Hawaii Department of Health – Drug and Alcohol Abuse Division
  • The County of Hawaii
  • The Hawaii Island United Way
  • Private donations
